2. Collection and storage of personal data
When this website is accessed, the browser automatically sends information to the server (for example IP address, date, time, browser type). This data is temporarily stored in log files and evaluated only to ensure technical operation.
3. Contact
If you use the contact form or contact us by email, the data you enter (for example name, email address, message) is used only to process your request.
4. Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel. Data stored there is processed on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
5. Cookies / third-party content
We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.
When external media is loaded via third-party CDNs (for example Pexels), the provider may set technically necessary security cookies (for example _cf_bm, _cfuvid from Cloudflare). These are required to provide the content (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and do not require consent.
We do not track users and do not embed analytics.
6. Local storage (not a cookie)
We store technically necessary preferences in browser storage, not as cookies: sessionStorage ('theme') for light/dark display and localStorage ('maps-consent') for whether Google Maps may be loaded.
These values remain on your device; no server-side evaluation takes place.
7. Google Maps (after consent)
Google Maps is loaded only after your active consent. Your IP address may be transferred to Google. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
8. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
